The Hampton Ridge Otters compete in the Southern Metro Swim League. The league’s mission is to give boys and girls of Wake, Johnston and surrounding counties the chance to become better athletes and better people through competitive swimming. The Hampton Ridge Otters focus on providing a safe, family friendly atmosphere, with competitive swim instruction and a positive swimming environment.

Season starts Tuesday May 27
Practices are daily Monday – Thursday unless there is a meet. No practice July 4. Any weather related practice cancellations throughout the season will be announced via Teamsnap, email and Facebook group (Group is called Hampton Ridge Otters, new members will be invited to join after signing up and paying)
Practice Times:
7 & Under – 6:00 – 6:30 pm
8-11 year olds – 6:30 – 7:15 pm
12 & Up – 7:15 – 8:00 pm
